Founder-led. Remote-first. One accountable partner for IT and web.
Belivanis Information Systems is a Sydney-based IT and web consultancy founded by Zachari Belivanis. We provide managed IT, Microsoft 365 support, cybersecurity, cloud, and web design under one remote-first partnership — purpose-built for Australian small and medium businesses that want one accountable partner instead of a tangle of vendors.
Based in Sydney, NSW, we understand the realities of running a small business in this market — from local compliance and Australian Privacy Act obligations to the practical pressures of running lean teams without an internal IT department. We work with SMBs from 5 to 50 staff across professional services, allied health, hospitality, trades, and boutique retail.
While we operate remotely first — to keep your costs down and our response times fast — being Sydney-based means we're in your time zone, available for face-to-face meetings when they matter, and accountable to a single principal rather than an offshore ticket queue.
Technology should be invisible. It should just work. Whether it's your Microsoft 365 tenant, your endpoint security, your website hosting, or your backup system, our job is to automate the mundane, secure the vulnerable, and document the complex so it survives staff changes and growth.
We don't want you spending hours on the phone with support, or wondering whether last night's backup actually ran. We set up your systems so correctly that you rarely need to call us — and when you do, you get a real human who already knows your environment.
We're not vendor-neutral for the sake of it. We're opinionated about the tools that hold up in real Australian small businesses, and we deploy them consistently so we can support them well:
Standardising on a small, well-understood toolset is how a one-principal consultancy delivers real responsiveness — instead of pretending to support every product under the sun and supporting none of them well.
Most engagements start with a free 30-minute discovery call. We ask about your team size, current pain points, the tools you already have in place, and what "good" would look like in 90 days. If we are not the right fit — too small, too large, wrong stack, wrong city — we will tell you directly and point you somewhere better.
If we are a fit, you receive an indicative scope and price within one business day, followed by a written proposal with clear inclusions and a fixed monthly figure. There is no lock-in contract: you can leave with 30 days' notice, and we will hand over documentation and credentials cleanly. We earn the relationship every month rather than trapping you in it.
Onboarding usually runs over the first two to four weeks: we audit your existing environment, document everything, baseline your security posture against the ACSC Essential Eight, and quietly fix the easy wins before you even notice. After that, the goal is the opposite of "always on the phone" — it is automated patching, proactive monitoring, and a quarterly strategic review where we sit down and talk about where the business is going next.
Zachari Belivanis is the founder and principal of Belivanis Information Systems. With a formal background in Information Systems and hands-on experience across cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and web development, he founded the practice to bridge the gap between enterprise-grade technology and small business budgets — without the overhead and bureaucracy of a traditional MSP.
The thesis is simple: most Australian small businesses are paying for either too little (a part-time "IT guy" with no documentation) or too much (an enterprise MSP designed for 200-seat environments). A founder-led consultancy with a deliberate small client roster can sit in between — close enough to understand the business, technical enough to make the right calls, and honest enough to publish indicative pricing up front.
Zachari is based in Sydney, NSW, and serves SMBs across Australia. Get in touch via the form below, or connect on LinkedIn.
